COUPLES THERAPY
Life is about balance. We all have 3 parts of us, the individual, the community and the relationship between those two. Many times we become imbalanced, which causes struggles within our relationships. I will work with you to find the balance that you want, to create a health relationship between you and your loved ones.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Learn to connect and care for yourself and others. Our bodies hold information about our emotions and our needs. Individually we will take the time to reconnect your mind and body. Most of us need to learn how to care for ourselves. This will be a time that you will have to reconnect with compassion and understanding for yourself.
FAMILY THERAPY
Families create so many dynamics that we might not be aware of, taking the time to listen and focus on one another can help us to be mindful of the relationship we are creating and to be intentional about the ones we want to have.
SUPERVISION
I supervise clinicians working on their license in MFT or LPC. I focus on here and now work, with a somatic and social justice lens.
Rate: $150-200
